Non Executive Director - The Role: Working alongside an engaged Chairman and dynamic Managing Director, you will help shape the strategic direction of the business and support its continued growth and value creation. You will provide independent challenge and strategic insight at Board level, acting as a trusted adviser and sounding board. This role involves scrutinising investment decisions, driving sustainable and profitable growth, and strengthening governance and overall Board effectiveness.
