Join the Board of the largest Department within the NI Civil Service. The Department for Communities (DfC) works to deliver thriving places in Northern Ireland; protecting, supporting and enabling people to live well. It is directly responsible for £11.5 billion of public funds covering social welfare, housing, culture, arts and leisure. DfC is now seeking two Non-Executive Members to join its Management Board. This exciting role is suited to an individual who can bring external and independent demonstrable experience and expertise. Non-Executive Members play a significant role providing constructive advice and challenge, to ensure good corporate governance. Members make an important contribution to the Department''s strategic direction.
