Non-contentious Probate Solicitor

Our Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked client is seeking a 5 year PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in Non-Contentious Probate matters. You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate processes, procedures, and legislation. The role involves managing a varied caseload of probate and trust matters, with significant client-facing responsibilities.
