- JavaScript / Node.js-development
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)-and automated testing frameworks
- Linux (RHEL)-environments
- Git / distributed version control
- Experience developing in cloud-based environments
- Building and testing system integrations/interfaces
- Leading or mentoring Software Engineers within Agile, multi-disciplinary teams
- Translating business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
- Stakeholder management and engagement with senior stakeholders
- Jira, Confluence, Slack-and similar collaboration tools
- BDD / Cucumber
- Microservices architecture
- Enhancing and maintaining codebases developed by other engineers
- Building REST APIs/services-(public-facing and internal)
- Experience supporting and improving operational stability, resilience and maintainability of products
