NOC Engineer - URGENT

NOC Engineer Location: Near Wembley (Datacentre Based)Shift Pattern: 24/7 Rotating Shift Pattern (Days and Nights)Our client is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting global hedge funds, investment firms, and banks. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a NOC Engineer to join their operations team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous NOC, Service Desk or Infrastructure Support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.Please note this role covers both day and night shift patterns.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and prioritise incoming NOC tickets and system alerts, ensuring issues are responded to and escalated to the appropriate teams when required.Monitor a wide range of infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, cloud services, applications and datacentre environments.Respond promptly to incidents, outages and performance issues.Track incidents through to resolution and ensure all updates are accurately documented.Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams and third-party suppliers regarding incidents and service updates.Carry out basic datacentre activities including server racking, hardware installation and network patching.Support a 24/7 operational environment where service availability is critical.Skills / Experience Needed Previous experience in a 2nd Line RoleStrong incident management and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency with the latest Microsoft technologiesStrong ..... full job details .....
