Key Requirements Supporting and maintaining WAN, LAN, and WLAN environments Handling incidents, service requests, and network changes in a live environment Configuring and troubleshooting Routers, Switches, and Firewalls Experience in a NOC or operational support environment Familiarity with monitoring tools (eg SolarWinds, Nagios, Cisco tools) Working knowledge of DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox preferred) Experience with VPN technologies (eg GlobalProtect) Using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, security) Working within ITIL-based processes Desirable Skills CCNA (or equivalent experience) Understanding of Data Centre environments Exposure to Firewall/WAF logging and analysis ITIL certification ..... full job details .....
