Experienced Project Lead required for a refurbishment project within a Grade II listed university building in Cambridge. Works are being delivered within a live library environment as part of a prestigious college campus.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing heritage or listed building projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate closely with consultants, design teams, and specialist subcontractors.

• Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment or fit out projects
• Listed building / heritage project experience preferred
• Strong client-facing and coordination skills
• Experience working with professional teams and consultants
• Able to manage programme, subcontractors, and site logistics within a live environment
• Organised, proactive, and technically competent

• Cambridge location
