The role involves working as part of an integrated local team, following daily schedules and required service standards while maintaining high levels of health and safety. Duties include operating vehicles up to 3.5t GVW, including small mechanical sweepers, and using a range of cleansing equipment and tools. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, a customer-focused approach, and effective collaboration with street cleansing, highways, grounds maintenance, and waste teams. Accurate records of work must be maintained using digital systems, including in-cab technology and performance monitoring systems.
