We''re working with a growing specialist law firm in Blackburn that is looking to strengthen its Industrial Disease team with an experienced legal professional who can take ownership of their own caseload and confidently manage claims through to settlement and, where required, litigation. The Role As an NIHL Fee Earner, you''ll manage a caseload of claimant industrial disease matters, with a particular focus on Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims. You''ll have responsibility for progressing your own files from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, strategically and to a high standard. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of claimant industrial disease claims, including NIHL, from instruction through to settlement or litigation. Taking ownership of both pre-litigated and litigated matters, including key deadlines and case strategy.
