This is a rewarding opportunity to take on a key leadership role, supporting both residents and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the night.What We Offer £14.10 per hour Contracted to 36 hours per week (nightshift) Pension scheme, Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)Your RoleAs Nightshift Team Leader, you will lead and inspire the night care team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care. You will ensure that residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times and that their physical, emotional and social needs are met.You will take responsibility for delegating tasks, administering medication safely, maintaining accurate records, and responding promptly to any emergencies.
