Nightshift Production Operative

Location: Uddingston
Department: Production
Pay Rate: -16.46 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 20:45-07:05

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
* Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality standards.
* Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
* Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, hygiene, and quality.

Essential:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Ability to work night shifts reliably.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
