Nightshift Production Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Night Production Manager to join our in-house Production Kitchen at our Knightsbridge site.About the RoleAs a Night Production Manager, youll take ownership of leading our overnight manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met with precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of quality. You will oversee a team of supervisors and operators, working closely with departments such as Food Technical and Health and Safety to maintain seamless production flow.This is a role where youll balance the practicalities of planning and resource management with the responsibility of upholding our exacting food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards. Youll play a key part in the successful launch of new products, driving operational improvements through effective use of KPIs and embedding a culture of continuous development across your team.This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.About YouYoull bring proven experience in leading manufacturing operations, ideally within food production, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improvement.
