Location: Coventry | Salary: £25000 - £35000/annum | Type: Permanent | Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Process Trainer to join the night shift team.- You will train and teach-staff safe operating procedures, update-training materials-and monitor-performance to improve productivity and safety compliance. Mainly working Sunday to Thursday but flexible is always an advantage. - Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance: -Teach and assess Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) usage, manual handling, and general health and safety standards. Process Optimization: -Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps.- Record Keeping: -Track training progress, maintain up-to-date certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness.- Core Requirements & Qualifications Experience: -Several years working in a busy warehouse environment, with prior coaching or teaching experience. Skills: -Strong communication, active listening, basic computer literacy (like Microsoft 365), and organizational skills.
