Nights Warehouse Shift Manager (FTC) - FMCG Distribution Centre, Greenford Fixed-Term Contract to cover peak trading until 31st January 2027 Are you an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager with a background in FMCG, retail, e-commerce or another fast-paced distribution environment, who is happy to work nights? We are currently recruiting for a Nights Warehouse Shift Manager to take ownership of a key shift within a busy FMCG distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes and delivering consistently high operational standards. Role Overview This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity reporting into the Senior Warehouse Logistics and Fulfilment Manager and working alongside a wider team of operational leaders. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the night operation, leading a team of warehouse colleagues and ensuring the shift delivers against key productivity, quality, service and operational targets.
