Warehouse Operative (Night Shift) Job Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries Sorting and organizing stock within the warehouse Conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies Operating warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, scanners) Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment Following all health and safety procedures at all times Meeting productivity and performance targets Requirements Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential Ability to work night shifts consistently Good level of physical fitness (lifting and manual handling involved) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic communication skills Flexibility and reliability ..... full job details .....
