Nights Technical Team LeaderLocation:Stoke-On-TrentSalary: Up to £31,880 per annumWorking Hours: 9:00pm - 5:00am, Sunday to ThursdayAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Team Leader to join a busy food manufacturing operation based in Stoke-On-Trent This is a key role within the technical and factory operations team, responsible for supporting food safety, quality, compliance, training and factory standards across the night shift.The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Quality Control and Factory Team Leaders to ensure processes and standards are consistently maintained, while identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any quality or compliance concerns.Key ResponsibilitiesFactory Oversight Oversee factory operations with a focus on: Product traceability Allergen controls Metal detection Label verification NPD presence within production Ensure technical and food safety standards are consistently maintained across production.Identify and address any issues or concerns within the factory environment.
