Night Shift Team Leader Manufacturing Healthcare / Medical DevicesShift-based roleWe''re working with a leading manufacturer within the Global Healthcare / Medical Devices sector who are looking to appoint a Shift Team Leader to strengthen their production leadership team.This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, responsible for managing people, production, quality, and continuous improvement on shift within a regulated manufacturing environment. The Role As Shift Team Leader, you will have full responsibility for the effective management of personnel and machinery on your shift, ensuring production plans are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.You''ll lead a team of circa 10-20 operators (shift dependent), drive performance, support development, and play a key role in operational improvement projects across the site.Key focus areas include: Leading, motivating, and developing production teams on shift Delivering production targets while maintaining HSE, quality, and compliance standards Ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements Managing shift manning, forward planning, and capacity Driving continuous improvement using structured methodologies (RCA, PDCA, Lean tools) Ownership of operator training, competency, and QMS adherence Supporting HR-led activities including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations Producing accurate reports and using site management systems effectively What We''re Looking ..... full job details .....
