Nights Shift Manager

I am recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing branded food manufacturer, on a mission to change the way people eat through great tasting nutritious food. They''re now looking for a Production Shift Manager to lead a nights shift team and help drive the next stage of their growth journey. What you''ll be doing:Leading and developing Team Leaders and production colleagues to hit shift targets safely and efficientlyOwning shift performance against KPIs - productivity, waste, service levels, plan attainmentChampioning food safety, GMP, and audit readiness across the shiftDriving a strong health and safety culture, from safety walks to risk assessmentsUsing Short Interval Control and root cause problem solving to keep production on trackBuilding a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturingWorking cross-functionally with Planning, Warehouse and Technical teams to keep things movingCoaching, developing and building capability within your team What you''ll bring:Proven Production Management experience, leading teams to deliver resultsA background in food manufacturingExperience managing productivity and performance on production linesA natural people-leader - someone who builds, motivates and develops teamsIOSH certification (training provided if you don''t already have it) Why join?
