Nights Preparation Operative

Total Staff services are looking to recruit a Night Preparation Stager for our client based in Runcorn, this is a permanent role.

• Main responsibility is for sterilising machines and rooms ready for the next day''s production in an Aseptic Clean Room Unit.
• Working with the Aseptic suite, you will be gowned to the standard required to follow the Compan SOP
• Assist in the post-production strip down of cleanrooms ready for hygiene routines to be undertaken
• Assist as required, in the undertaking of cleans in all graded ares of the Aseptic Unit
• Cleaning and preparing of cleanroom cabinets, machines and isolators ready fo production
• Prepare bill of materials for the following days production
• Transferrin raw materials for production into the compounding suites

Experience:-

• Aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan
• Trained in manual handling procedures
• Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH familiarity
• A good understanbding of cGMP requirements
• Basic verbal and written communication skills

Salary is -36,252
