This is a high-impact role where you''ll be the senior decision-maker onsite overnight, leading large teams and ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced operation.We re looking for an inspiring Nights Operations Manager to take charge of a major UK night operation. With a facility spanning over 500,000 sq ft, this site plays a critical role during peak season and beyond.This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, visibility, and operational challenge. You ll be the senior leader onsite through the night, accountable for everything that happens across operations, control, planning, safety, and colleague engagement.
