Nights MIG WelderBlue Arrow is recruiting for a Nights MIG Welder on an ongoing contract for our prestigious client in the engineering/Fabrications industry (Temp to perm for the right candidate). The role is ideal for a welder who excels in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, structural-grade welds.Start date: ASAPWorking hours: 6pm till 4:30am Monday - Wednesday and 6pm till 2am on ThursdayPay Rate: 20.19p/h and after 37 hours work overtime pay is 22.06p/hDuties Include (but not limited to):Precision welding - performing high quality MIG welding on small sub-assembliesUtilising specialised jigs to ensure components are aligned to strict tolerancesConsistently laying 8-15mm fillet welds, ensuring clean finishesSelf-inspecting welds to ensure they meet engineering specifications and structural standardsGeneral Maintenance of unit where requiredLiaising with management team on faults / issues during early stages to ensure customer satisfactionWhat we are looking for:Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, but experience in a manufacturing / engineering role also consideredAbility to work accurately with jigs and maintain speed without sacrificing weld integrityExperience with Cranes and ability to follow basic drawingsA great attention to detailWilling to learnGreat attitude towards work, taking pride in the results of your hard workReliable and flexibleBenefits of working for Blue arrow:Opportunity to work with a fantastic company ..... full job details .....
