Key Responsibilities - Supervise, motivate and support the night hygiene team.- Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor completion.- Conduct shift briefings and handovers.- Train new employees in hygiene procedures and safe working practices.- Monitor attendance, performance and conduct.- Promote a positive culture of food safety, quality and teamwork.
