Night Fabric Engineer/Handy PersonJoin a boutique FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in Central London.Monday - Friday 8pm - 5am£40,000 - £45,000 + van + Fuel CardMobile contract covering sites across Zones 1 and 2Commercial Office SpacesResponsibilities:First point of contact during the night for building reactives and contractorsCarpentry - Door hangingAssembling furniture PlumbingDrainage and flushingFire alarm/door testingGrouting and PlasteringRepairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets Requirements:Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial settingTrades qualifications - CandG / NVQ in any tradeFull drivers license Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
