Working overnight, you will provide a safe and welcoming service, respond to incidents, and offer practical support to vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors and the building throughout the night. Carry out regular patrols, welfare checks and property inspections. Respond to incidents, emergencies and challenging situations, completing accurate reports. Provide support, guidance and reassurance to residents when needed. Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Monitor access to the building and manage enquiries, phone calls and visitors. Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records using paper and computer systems. Report maintenance, health and safety and safeguarding concerns appropriately.
