Night Worker Full Time Waking Nights Supported Housing 14.35 per hour We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Night Worker to help ensure the safety, wellbeing and support of residents within a supported housing environment. Working overnight, you will provide a safe and welcoming service, respond to incidents, and offer practical support to vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors and the building throughout the night. Carry out regular patrols, welfare checks and property inspections. Respond to incidents, emergencies and challenging situations, completing accurate reports. Provide support, guidance and reassurance to residents when needed. Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Monitor access to the building and manage enquiries, phone calls and visitors. Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records using paper and computer systems. Report maintenance, health and safety and safeguarding concerns appropriately. About You Experience working with the public, customers or vulnerable individuals in a service-based environment. Understanding of homelessness, housing support or the challenges faced by vulnerable people. Calm and confident when dealing with difficult situations. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
