Night warehouse supervisor 4 on 4 off

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced air cargo operation. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong background in warehousing, transport, Cargo or air freight sector.The Role:You will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation throughout the night shift and into the start of the day operation, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy at all times.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for night operations staffSupervise the warehouse team and coordinate with driversOversee loading and unloading of trucks and trailersSupport warehouse operations, including hands-on dutiesBuild and break down aircraft palletsCross-check cargo against documentation for accuracyEnsure smooth communication with management teamProvide detailed shift handover to the day teamMaintain high standards of health and safetyAbout You:Previous experience in air cargo / FreightStrong warehouse background with supervisory experienceValid experience operating MHE, including forklift truck counter balanceGood leadership and team coordination skillsComfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlinesWhat''s on Offer:Competitive salaryOpportunity to join a growing and dynamic operationCareer progression opportunities4 on 4 off nights 19.00pm - 07.00am If you have the relevant experience and are looking for your next challenge in a ..... full job details .....
