Night Transport Manager

Irlam Associates are seeking a proven and experienced Transport Manager (Permanent Nights) within the fast paced world of parcels with a great client of ours.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading name in the parcel delivery sector, overseeing a high-volume, time-critical night operation where performance, compliance, and service excellence are paramount. The Role: As Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the night transport operation, ensuring all collections and deliveries are executed on time and in full. You will lead a team of drivers and supervisors within a fast-moving hub environment, driving operational performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
