This is a hands-on transport Supervisor role, responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient running of the operation, while leading and developing a team of drivers and support colleagues. Duties of a Transport First Line Manager: Lead the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring high levels of service, safety and compliance. Manage and support a team of 30+ drivers and administration colleagues. Oversee dispatch, route performance, fleet availability and operational recovery.
