Night Transport Co-Ordinator

My client are currently seeking a-Night Transport Co-Ordinator-to join their transport and logistics operation based in-Warrington.

This is a key night-shift role, responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient running of transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and oversee night-time transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules
• Monitor vehicle movements using transport and vehicle tracking systems
• Act as the main point of contact for drivers during the night shift, providing support and issue resolution
• Manage and respond to any operational issues, delays or incidents as they arise
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, company policies and procedures
• Complete accurate reporting and administration using Microsoft Office applications

About You

• Previous experience in Transport or Logistics operations-is essential
• Confident using-Microsoft Office-(Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with-transport management or vehicle tracking systems
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during night operations
• Excellent communication skills
