We are recruiting for a Night Time Residential Worker role within one of our 4-bedded Learning Disabilities Children''s Homes, supporting four wonderful young boys aged under 11.Waking nights play a vital role in helping children feel safe, supported and cared for throughout the night. While the world sleeps, you will be a reassuring and consistent presence, helping our children feel secure, comforted and valued. Whether that means reading a bedtime story before they settle down, offering reassurance if they wake during the night, or simply being there when they need someone, your care and support can make a lasting difference.As part of the morning routine, you''ll help the boys start their day positively and confidently. From encouraging independence and helping them get ready for school, to supporting with simple but important tasks such as tying shoelaces, finding favourite toys, and celebrating the small achievements that mean so much.
