As our next Night Team Leader, youProvide guidance and support to the team, supervising hotel operations during the night.Undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.Are an autonomous and passionate individual, confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments, ensuring a continuous link between night and day.A little more information:You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.Our hotel offers 356rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport.
