Lead and coordinate the night care team to deliver high standards of care for residents.Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and health care professionals; keep the Line Manager updated on residents’ needs and progress.Ensure care plans are written and followed; maintain effective written communication and follow guidelines and policies.Qualifications

Experience working with older people in residential care (previous team leadership experience preferred).Flexible, patient, caring, and well-organised with strong verbal and written communication skills.Currently or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Benefits
