We are currently looking for a Night Support Worker in Meldreth (South Cambridgeshire / North Hertfordshire border Nr Royston), where our Aurora Orchard Manor offers a supportive living and learning environment for young adults with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex health needs. With specialist facilities and a focus on promoting independence, we support each of our young people through the transition from education into adulthood with a focus on person-centred programmes to promote independence. We work with people with multiple disabilities who may have sensory and physical impairments who benefit from our specialist facilities that have been designed to meet their needs.
