Night Support Worker

Childrens Support Worker Location: Longridge, Preston - PR£ Pay Rate - £13.50 per hour Immediate starts available! Shift Pattern: Waking Nights 10pm-8am Hours - 30hr or 40hr contracts available (3-4 shifts per week) Do you want to support children with Autism and Learning Disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their residential team! Childrens Support Worker duties include: Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to young people, including those with challenging behaviours Assist with personal care and daily living activities Implement and follow individualised care plans to meet the needs of each young person Ensure the safety and well-being of the young people at all times Support young people to engage with their education at Vetro Regional School Be available for full-time work To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience working with children with complex needs Be patient, empathetic, and resilient in the face of challenging behaviours Be able to work independently and as part of a team Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one) Have the right to work in the UK Experience supporting children in a similar environment Interested?
