      <description>Location: Skewen | Salary: &amp;pound;13.50 - &amp;pound;14.00/annum | Type: Temporary | Night Support Worker    £13.50- £14.00    Swansea   BRC are currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join a supportive and dedicated team within a supported housing service, for clients aged 16 to 24 in Swansea.  As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining a calm and supportive environment overnight, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents throughout the night.   Key responsibilities include:   • Ensuring the safety and security of the building and residents overnight  • Carrying out regular welfare and property checks  • Responding appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and safeguarding concerns  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to young people when needed  • Maintaining accurate records and completing nightly reports  • Supporting residents in line with their individual support plans  • Working collaboratively with the daytime team to ensure continuity of care   Experience   • Extensive experience supporting young people aged 16 to 24 within a supported accommodation setting  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations  • Compassionate, professional, and non judgemental approach  • Strong communicati...</description>
