About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) covering the night shift on a rolling rota. You will play a key role in supporting our residents who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. You will develop and engage with our residents to produce tailored support plans which support their individual needs in successful rehabilitation and reintegration within the community.
