Night Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Hotel Night Supervisor to join our hospitality team.



Requirements:

Proven experience using OPERA Hotel Management System

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and attitude

Full, clean driving licence


Uniform Requirements (Mandatory):

Black long-sleeve shirt

Black tie

Black pants

Black formal shoes



Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner

Handling check-ins and check-outs using OPERA system

Managing reservations and guest inquiries

Handling payments and maintaining accurate records

Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Ensuring that fire walks are conducted and the building is secure
