This is a safety-critical position responsible for operating Controlled Track Switches (CTS) to enable the conductor rail equipment within depot sidings to be safely de-energised and re-energised, protecting personnel carrying out work from the risk of electrocution.You will also lead and supervise teams responsible for delivering a safe, clean and high-quality train environment, ensuring operational standards and an excellent customer experience are maintained.You will work 35 hours a week across a Sunday Saturday roster with the working hours of 21:45pm 04:45amKey ResponsibilitiesThe Night Shift Yard Protection Operative will be responsible for safely delivering Yard Protection duties in line with operational procedures, company policies and industry standards.
