This is a safety-critical role where you will play an important part in protecting colleagues working on trains and within the depot.Working 35 hours per week on a Sunday Saturday roster, from 21:45pm to 04:45am, you will be responsible for operating Controlled Track Switches (CTS) to safely de-energise and re-energise the 750V DC conductor rail equipment within depot sidings. This ensures that work can be carried out safely and protects personnel from the risk of electrocution.Alongside your Yard Protection duties, you will lead and support teams responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and high-quality train environment.
