Overview An established UK-based logistics and distribution company based in Halesowen is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee a small warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership ability, proven supervisory experience, and a solid background in logistics operations. The successful candidate must hold a valid forklift licence, have practical warehouse and logistics experience, and be confident with planning and coordinating work across a night shift environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure all night shift operations comply with health and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly. Lead, motivate, and support the night shift team, promoting a positive and productive working environment. Oversee staffing duties including monitoring attendance, approving leave, and managing performance. Allocate and supervise tasks to ensure all orders are picked, processed, packaged, and dispatched accurately and on time.
