This is a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor role in Castle Donington where you'll be responsible for overseeing a small warehouse team, ensuring goods are loaded, unloaded and prepared efficiently for the day shift operation. The successful candidate will be an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to lead by example within a fast-paced environment. The Role Supervising a small team of warehouse operatives during the night shift in Castle Donington Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Breaking down pallets and preparing stock for the day shift operation Conducting shift handovers and communicating key information to the day team Ensuring warehouse processes are followed correctly Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping Supporting stock movements using MHE equipment Assisting with general warehouse duties where required What We're Looking For ...
