Location: Southampton | Salary: £30000 - £42000/annum | Type: Permanent | Are you a tenacious and motivating manager, with expereince leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge? I am looking for a- Night Shift- Supervisor. Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage. I am recruiting for a busy Night Shift, so you must be flexible to work across varying shift patterns. Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 100 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI''s, adhere to and moitor Health and Safety, among other tasks. Salary -33-37k depending on expereince.
