      <description>Location: City | Salary: 32000.00-32000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a NIGHT SHIFT Transport Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are 12am-9am. The main duties of a Transport Supervisor:-  Managing people and assets for the overnight inbound trunking process  Managing the picking and loading of morning CandD vehicles  Importing XPO files Planning trailers  Creating pick sheets Allocating resources  Ensuring all freight is scanned correctly, both in and out of the site  Supporting the team Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders  Carrying out periodic training  Covering for the shift manager if needed   Required Experience:-  You MUST have a Counterbalance FLT License  Experience within a Transport Supervisor position  Good IT skills  Understanding of Transport Management Systems  You MUST have knowledge of Health and Safety and take it seriously   If you feel you are suitable for this position, please apply now stating why.</description>
