The hours of work are 12am-9am. The main duties of a Transport Supervisor:- Managing people and assets for the overnight inbound trunking process- Managing the picking and loading of morning C&D vehicles- Importing XPO files Planning trailers- Creating pick sheets Allocating resources- Ensuring all freight is scanned correctly, both in and out of the site- Supporting the team Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders- Carrying out periodic training- Covering for the shift manager if needed- Required Experience:- You MUST have a Counterbalance FLT License- Experience within a Transport Supervisor position- Good IT skills- Understanding of Transport Management Systems- You MUST have knowledge of Health and Safety and take it seriously- If you feel you are suitable for this position, please apply now stating why.- Permanent
