Night Shift Transport Manager

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Transport Night Shift Manager to smoothly run the operations for one of our major contracts based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership and transport planning experience to join a growing team and make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:Driver Route Planning: Ensure efficient and cost-effective route planning for all drivers.Operational Oversight: Maintain smooth running of the transport operation throughout the night.Communication: Act as the main point of contact for drivers and the client, ensuring clear and timely communication.Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise during the shift, ensuring minimal disruption.On-Call Support: You will be required to carry the on-call phone during your shift.
