As a Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a team of Train Cleaners, ensuring all cleaning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest presentation standards before trains return to passenger service. You will allocate daily tasks, lead pre-shift briefings, monitor performance, carry out quality audits, and provide guidance and support throughout the shift.
