As a Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a team of Train Cleaners, ensuring all cleaning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest presentation standards before trains return to passenger service.You will allocate daily tasks, lead pre-shift briefings, monitor performance, carry out quality audits, and provide guidance and support throughout the shift. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also undertake hands-on cleaning duties, including interior train cleaning, toilet sanitation, waste removal, and CET tank disposal when required.We''re looking for someone with previous experience in a cleaning, transport, industrial, or facilities environment, along with experience leading or supervising a team.
