You will take responsibility for leading the night shift, allocating work and ensuring the required safety, quality and performance standards are maintained. This role would suit someone with previous team leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. Experience of JIT, sequencing or packing operations would be useful but is not essential.
