Night Shift Team Leader

Are you a tenacious and motivating leader, with expereince working in large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge?

I am looking for NIGHT SHIFT Team Leaders and Supervisors to join a very exciting and fast growing luxury clothing brand-in Coventry.

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage, along with experience. Picking, Packing and Dispatch.

I am recruiting for a busy site, so you must be flexible in your approach.-

Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 80-people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI''s, adhere to and moitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.

Salary -30-40k-depending on expereince, plus other great benefits.
