      <description>Location: City | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are working with an established and growing engineering manufacturer in the Sheffield area to recruit an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead a skilled fabrication team. This is a hands-on shopfloor leadership role within a busy manufacturing environment producing large, bespoke fabricated assemblies for industrial customers. The successful candidate will ideally come from a welding, fabrication or heavy engineering background and will be comfortable managing people, maintaining production standards and dealing with the day-to-day challenges of running a night shift. The Role You will take responsibility for the effective running of the fabrication team during the night shift, ensuring production remains safe, organised and on schedule.
